Terms and Conditions

• Accommodation is for adults only
• Strictly no smoking
• No outsider visitors permitted without prior arrangement with management
• There is no capacity for extra beds
• Guests are liable for any breakages or damage and will be charged for any excessive cleaning required
• Olive Grove Cottages is not responsible for any losses, theft or damage of personal belongings of guests during their stay
• Sorry, no pets

Bookings

• All bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights
• Weekend bookings may be either Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights
• Full payment of tariff is required to secure a booking

Check-in:

• Self-check-in is from 2pm. Guests need to follow the signs to their cottage and use an access code to a key box. The code will be sent via SMS within 30 minutes of check-in time. You must provide a current mobile number on the booking form to receive the code and any further information that may be relevant to your booking. Upon departure the key must be replaced in the key box.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to booked arrival date: full refund less administration fee
• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to booked arrival date: no refund applies unless accommodation is re-let
• No show: no refund applies

Payment of tariff is acknowledgement of and acceptance of all terms and conditions
