  • Olive Grove Cottages is not responsible for any losses, theft or damage of personal belongings of guests during their stay

  • All bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights
  • Weekend bookings may be either Friday/Saturday nights or Saturday/Sunday nights
  • Full payment of tariff is required to secure a booking


  • Self-check-in any time after 2 pm. Key collection will be advised via e-mail or phone call on day of due arrival

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur an administration fee of $50

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to booked arrival date: full refund less administration fee
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to booked arrival date: no refund applies unless accommodation is re-let 
  • No show: no refund applies

Payment of tariff is acknowledgement of and acceptance of all terms and conditions
